INTRO

I am a mover, maker, student, and teacher and I am passionate about connecting with others and exploring moments that capture me in memory up against fleeting moments in feelings and sensations. 
I believe that dance and artistry are the vehicles that keep me moving forward in my life in all compartments it be emotional, physical, mental, etc. These modes of transport allow me to catch and release tension, to share, and to bask in contradictions. They allow me to discover who I am today as well as who I might become tomorrow and say hi to her.
